Pro Direct Academy have launched the leading football Education Programmes across the UK. We are proud to specialise in girl's football with Rosie Kmita our Head of Girls versed in coaching and developing female players. Her team of coaches also have experience playing in women's club football. Our female coaching team already have great ties with the likes of Arsenal Ladies and know what it takes to create an enjoyable environment where players can train and compete. All of our centres boast premium facilities including many 3G pitches.

Player welfare

Our coaches are here to look after your best interests on-and-off the pitch.

All Players

Are presented with the exclusive adidas Pro Direct Academy training pack on starting their membership. Representative teams should wear the supplied adidas match day kit.

Parents & Players

Should make our coaches aware of any medical conditions, before joining Pro Direct Academy, or starting any of our Programmes and training sessions.


Shin pads, cleats, jerseys, fitted shorts and socks all work together to ensure every player can enjoy the game without the risk of injury. Shin pads are compulsory.


All of our UEFA & FA Licensed Coaches have valid First Aid training certificates and are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and certified.


Players training at Lea Valley High School 3G should wear 3G/Astro Turf trainers. Players on the other pitches should wear boots with studs.


Any issues regarding the welfare of players, please report to your Pro Direct Academy Welfare Officer or ask your Coach.
